		LET US CONTRIBUTE TO THE FSTM UPM MUSOLLAH CONSTRUCTION WAQF PROJECT We are pleased to inform that the Faculty of Food Science and Technology (FSTM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), in collaboration with the Centre for Management of Waqf, Zakat and Infaq (WAZAN) UPM, is implementing the FSTM UPM Musollah Waqf Project to provide a more comfortable and conducive place of worship for faculty members and visitors. The construction of this musollah aims to enhance existing facilities, provide a larger prayer space, and facilitate students, staff, parents, guests, and the community in performing their prayers comfortably while at the faculty. The musollah will also be utilised during academic programmes, faculty activities, and community engagement initiatives. In this regard, we cordially invite all UPM staff, alumni, and members of the public to contribute to the FSTM UPM Musollah Waqf Fund in order to realise the development of this prayer facility for the well-being of all. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:“Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, even if it is as small as a bird’s nest, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” (Riwayat at-Tarmidzi) The development of this musollah represents a form of ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah), providing continuous benefits for as long as it is used for worship. Kindly share your waqf contribution payment slip via WhatsApp at +603-9769 1816 to obtain an official receipt from the Selangor Waqf Corporation (PWS) for income tax deduction purposes with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).
