SEREMBAN, 16 August - The Waqf, Zakat and Endowment Management Center held a working visit to Yayasan Sofa here yesterday.



This work visit held by WAZAN is aimed at obtaining knowledge and knowledge related to funding and generation carried out by Yayasan Sofa.

This foundation is a foundation that is very active in the aspect of funding zakat, infaq and donations from the public. In addition to that, Yayasan Sofa is active in the generation aspect.



Since the establishment of Yayasan Sofa, 14 institutions have been under the auspices of Yayasan Sofa, including Sofa Islamic High School, Sofa Quran & Hadith Centre, Sofa Islamic College around the Klang Valley, Sofa College in London and several other businesses such as cooperatives and cafes. .



The delegation of WAZAN's visit to the Sofa Foundation was led by the Director of WAZAN, Prof. Associate Dr. Mohd Daud Awang, Mr. Mr. Haris Dahlan, Head of Zakat Management and Asnaf Development Section, Mr. Mohd Rizal Helmi A Razak, Head of Dawah and Marketing Section, Mr. Mohd Azrol Hafizi Azman, Head of the Knowledge Waqf Fund Management Section and Mr. Bukryman Sabri, Associate Fellow of Charity and Volunteerism, UPM.
