HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI 1447H / 2026M SPEECH

Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh and Warm Syawal Greetings.

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Walillahil Hamd.

Alhamdulillah, all praise to Allah SWT for granting us the blessing to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri in this year 2026M / 1447H alongside our loved ones. I wish to extend my warmest Eid Mubarak, seeking forgiveness for any shortcomings, to the entire UPM community, alumni, zakat payers, waqf donors, and dear friends.

Syawal is not merely a day of celebration, but a profound moment to express gratitude for our sustenance and strengthen our ties of kinship. Throughout the blessed month of Ramadan, we witnessed the beautiful generosity of our campus community and external donors who continuously contributed their zakat, waqf, and infaq through WAZAN UPM.

Your meaningful contributions brought immense joy to our asnaf students at UPM. Because of your kindness, these students can celebrate Eid with happiness, comfort, and dignity. The bright smiles on their faces today serve as living proof of the blessings derived from the wealth you sincerely shared.

As we relish festive delicacies and gather with family, let us preserve the spirit of charity and empathy cultivated during Ramadan. May we continue to nourish the culture of giving and supporting those in need around us.
