UPM SERDANG, JULY 19 - Waqf, Zakat and Endowment Management Center (WAZAN), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in an effort to strengthen the practice of Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) at the UPM level. EKSA as a continuation of 5S Practice which is seen as a program that encourages all Responsibility Centers (PTj) to be more creative and innovative in an effort to create a suitable work environment and able to improve productivity and the quality of service delivery.
In relation to that, in achieving the conducive work environment, WAZAN UPM has carried out various series of mutual cooperation to ensure that this practice is always instilled among WAZAN UPM people.
Among the activities carried out are innovation cooperation, recycling, green sustainability and ensuring that signs and workspaces look tidy. In addition, this cooperation is carried out to ensure that the corporate values of the institution are practiced.
The staff of WAZAN UPM give full commitment and precise cooperation to ensure that every criterion of EKSA implementation is achieved in preparation for being audited by the assessor. This assessment is one of the components of the Management Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP), UPM which is conducted every 2 years.
For the record, the EKSA assessment at WAZAN UPM on 25 July is the second assessment after the assessment carried out in January 2024.
