Client Charter

We, WAZAN UPM staffs are committed to excellence through the application of quality culture in professional services to meet our customers' expectations by: -

 

  • Inform the decision of zakat online application within 21 working days after the validity date of the application.
  • Channeling the collection and distribution of the waqf and zakat publicly, at least Four (4) times a year by quarterly.
  • Zakat and waqf payment receipts are issued on the same day over the counter
