Direction of WAZAN

• 2016 : Establishment Phase

  The Center for Management of Waqf, Zakat and Endowment (WAZAN), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has been officially enforced on October 1, 2016 under the portfolio of the Vice-Chancellor Office of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

  As a new Responsibility Center (PTJ), WAZAN needs to create a range of strategic and significant requirements in realizing the transformation of management and administration of WAZAN on the right track.

   

  2019 : Strengthening Phase

  The strengthening phase is the implementation phase of the strategies that have been created in boosting the performance of WAZAN.

   

  2022: Consolidation Phase

  Consolidation phase is a phase to refine every system and strategy that has been used to achieve continuous excellence.

   

   2025: Excellence Phase

  The phase of excellence is a phase to maintain and enhance the success of a proud achievement.

   

  WAZAN The Little al-Azhar

  WAZAN's dream is to emerge as The Little al-Azhar in line with the mission, being one of center for management of Waqf, Zakat and Endowment internationally with increasing assets, quotas and distribution of funds.
