Key Performance Index 2018

MAIN FUNCTIONS

 

DANA WAKAF ILMU MANAGEMENT

  1. Target total amount of waqf principal collection is RM1 Million.
  2. The target of a total of 500 people do waqf by salary deduction scheme.
  3. Participation of at least 10 charitable (waqf) organizations.
  4. Ensure that 50% of waqf benefits are spent according to the 4 of waqf fund schemes that has been set.

 

ZAKAT AND ASNAF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

  1. Target total amount of zakat collection is RM6.3 Million.
  2. The target of 3,000 zakat payers.
  3. Participating at least 5 charitable (zakat) organizations.
  4. Ensure that 90% of the distribution funds are channeled to the 5 specified asnaf.
  5. Target 95% of the student's zakat application is informed to the applicant within 21 days from the validation date.
  6. Organizing 5 asnaf development programs.
  7. Ensure the approval of the application of the "Zakat Segera" is paid on the same day.

 

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

  1. Ensure that the WAZAN's staff attends at least 3 days of training.
  2. Implementing an Officer Performance Evaluation within a specified period.
  3. Establish WAZAN management meeting at least 4 times a year.
  4. 90% of assets are managed according to procedures set by UPM.
  5. Ensure 90% of the implementation requirements of all relevant human resource administration systems such as e-leave, record card, e-training, e-slip and e-LPPT.
  6. Ensure the preparation of reports at each management meeting.
  7. Get scale 4 from scale 5 for customer satisfaction.
  8. Make sure the counter collection is sent to the bank / treasurer's counter at least one day after the collection is made.
  9. Ensure that waqf tubes are collected 2 times a month.
  10. 100% NCR takes action in action according to period.
  11. Procedures and records of service quality offered are documented and registered.
  12. Provide proof action of Peluang Penambahbaikan (OFI) Audit Badan Pensijilan ISO before the next audit.
  13. Reduction of NCR numbers in UPM's Internal Audit.
  14. Implement the visit of work / study 3 times a year.

 

DAKWAH AND MARKETING

  1. Conduct WAZAN activities (Customer Service Counter) at least 12 times a year.
  2. Organizing at least 3 programs involving external entities.
  3. Post WAZAN info at least once per month.
  4. Implement WAZAN service promotion through at least 3 marketing mediums.
  5. Provide at least 3 forms of appreciation to those who perform waqf (pewakaf) and zakat payers.

 

MANAGEMENT TRANSFORMATION

 

DANA WAKAF ILMU MANAGEMENT

  1. Developing Crowdfunding waqf application.
  2. Adding a channel for payment of waqf and zakat via online.

 

ZAKAT AND ASNAF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

  1. Developing the manual of Zakat Management and Asnaf Development.
  2. Developing the Rakan Bakti Putra application system.

 

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

  1. Become a consultant or adviser to 3 UA / outside organization.
  2. Create at least 3 WAZAN strategic partners.
  3. Manage the PTJ trust fund as specified.
  4. Ensure financial management is in accordance with the prescribed regulations.

 

DAKWAH AND MARKETING

  1. Develop and provide various forms of appreciation to waqf and zakat payers.
  2. Adhere to at least 90% of the criteria of the PTJ / UPM Website Guidelines
  3. Manage the Responsibility Center website according to the evaluation criteria of the UPM website
  4. Ensure that the department's website is up to 90% current, complete and correct.

 

WAZAN SUSTAINABILITY

  1. Increase 30% of the total waqf and zakat payers at the counter.

 

LINK AND COOPERATION

  1. Develop Manual of Waqf Management of Educational Institutions in Malaysia.
  2. Develop the distribution code of zakat aid in educational institutions in Selangor.
  3. Manage the provision of cooperation documents (MoU / MoA / NDA).
