SERDANG, APRIL 5 – The director of WAZAN, YBhg. Dr. Haji Razali bin Othman was invited to deliver a sharing session on 'Knowledge of Qualifications, Facilities, Services, and UPM Expertise.

The program organized by the Center for Nuclear Imaging and Diagnostics (PPDN) in collaboration with the UPM's Administrator Association was held today from 7.30 am to 3.00 pm at Panggung Percubaan UPM which assembling the medical experts and health administrators as well as UPM staffs.

In this sharing session, Dr. Razali bin Othman, the director of WAZAN has explained the role and responsibility of WAZAN to help UPM staff who need health care assistance.

According to him, WAZAN has provided a special allocation with the cooperation of PPDN to help UPM staffs who need to get Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services. The UPM staffs only need to come to WAZAN or PPDN office to get free services.

He added, UPM residents who have been affected by the disaster including illness and so on, can also get help from zakat funds available in WAZAN. The information can be obtained directly through the WAZAN website at the address of http://www.wazan.upm.edu.my.

In the end the sharing session, Dr. Razali invited all UPM staffs who were able to contribute together with UPM's Waqf Fund. He said, "Today someone else is sick, tomorrow we may be. So use the time available, the ability to helping each other together. "– WAZAN Online
